During my time as a UI/UX Visual Designer on Microsoft’s Events team, I focused on creating seamless, branded web experiences that felt consistent, intuitive, and accessible. My goal was to ensure that every touchpoint aligned with Microsoft’s high design standards while enhancing the overall event experience. From the start, I worked to integrate the Event Branding System (EBS) into all web graphics, UI elements, and imagery, building a unified look and feel across platforms. I also streamlined design processes, helping teams move faster with clear guidelines and scalable resources. This included managing agency and contractor partnerships to ensure we had the right support in place for larger initiatives. Another key focus was developing scalable UI systems. By contributing to design libraries and prototypes that adhered to Microsoft’s principles and accessibility standards, we created tools that not only elevated the user experience but also improved efficiency for future projects. Collaboration played a major role in this process, as I worked closely with brand, UX, research, marketing, event planning, and external partners to ensure alignment at every stage.
